Free Couple Photography: RomancEd 2022 Contest

Calling ALL couples with the biggest news in Zorz Studios contests’ 13-year history! The contest opens to the married couples and anyone of legal age who’s in love! No more need to be engaged. Think you are offbeat and resourceful? Show your flair in our free couple photography giveaway! Enter our RomancEd contest and hit us with the coolest vision of your couple photoshoot. Zorz Studios will do it for you or even cover your wedding day, for free!

Why?

Since 2009, we were offering the creative engaged couples a chance to win a free engagement session, or even a wedding. Lots of people entered, voted, and we had insane fun afterwards. Other couples were left out and would always express things like:

Couple Photography for All!

So we decided to expand the scope and let any couple in love enter! We’ve just had the cutest couple photography session for married guys flying to us from Midwest. So much romance, love, and laughing gas behavior that day, that it is certain that romantic photoshoots should not end on the wedding day. Not every married couple can take us to France and Monaco for their anniversary couple photography like this other Indian family. We get it, families have other spending priorities. This contest should be the vent, then!

What?

The offbeat type of couple photography became the hallmark of Zorz Studios’ style, characterized by a fashionable, daring, and adventurous production, creating results seen in the slideshow below. This giveaway is for such couples, ready to make a splash in their romantic life with impact! The contest’s kick-butt prizes are:

• Grand prize – photography or videography, either a wedding or an all-day love story
• Runner-up – free couple photography session

Who?

Invited are all couples of legal age in a relationship, engaged, or married! Your friends might be interested if you aren’t so rush them over here! They’ll owe you big time if it works out. And, as a destination photographer, I welcome people not only in the NYC metro area, but from across the country and the world as long as they cover reasonable travel and accommodation for one low-maintenance guy.

We want it to be a daring grown-up experience with everything that it entails. So, no kids or family sessions, please.

How?

Enter the RomancEd contest and submitting your vision of your epic couple photography. The cooler and more challenging your vision is to execute, the higher the chance of having it done, for free!  Into role-playing? So am I! Indulging fashionista? My background in commercial and fashion photography will pamper your visual desires. Adventurous daredevils? Meet Ed. Love quiet moments and dreaming of Renaissance? I periodically burn the candles through the night in the office filled with classical music…

This is not a raffle, so sparing a few minutes with a vague generic idea in a few words will not get you anywhere, unfortunately. In return for our valuable service and skills, please bring a well-developed, intriguing, and original idea. The studio can come up with own ideas but then we charge our creative fees.

The finalists of our free couple photography contest will be announced right here and brought for public voting. All our followers will be able to cast their vote for who has the coolest concept. Entrants are welcome and encouraged to invite their families, friends, and friends of friends to vote.

When?

• Entries accepted through January 31, 2022
• Finalists selected, public voting begins February 4, 2022
• Voting ends February 13, 2022
• Votes and conditions validated, winners announced February 14, 2022

UPDATE 01/08/22: Woo-hoo, I have the first contest entry with a sparkling craze and beauty of welding. They happen to be from my local PA group, jumping in within hours of the announcement! If you have something up your sleeve, get onboard! Who doesn’t want a free sick photoshoot? Seeing is believing—the video above is from the previous couple sessions, and they are dope…

UPDATE 01/28/22: The entries are coming in and there are some cool ones! Just as a reminder, the more specific ones have a better chance. Avoid using generalized or vague descriptions leaving me with a question “And how exactly would you do it?” Think of it as a movie plot, throw in some details (that you can arrange for), maybe even offer a script. In other words, you’re a screenwriter, I’m a director of photography. You are tasked with a narration in which the locations, movements, actions, expressions of the characters are described, even if briefly, so I know what to shoot. Few days left!

UPDATE 02/01/22: The contest is now closed to submissions. We received a record number of entries in 13 years of this contest’s history. Way to go, cool couples! The studio’s next big job is to select the most intriguing and challenging concepts, then put them out for public voting on Feb. 4, 2022. Visit the link below to see the finalists to cast your vote!

UPDATE 02/13/22: The voting is now closed. We warmly thank those who gave time checking out the competing concepts and especially those who cared for their friends and supported them. As planned, all votes will go through a validation process and the winners will be officially announced on Valentine’s Day, 02/14/22.
