Don’t miss this year’s boudoir specials!
Conceptual boudoir marathon isn’t something you get to hear of a lot, let alone experience. Zorz Studios invites to it those who are ready to get bold and step away from the cliche, for half the price!

My wife and I realize that this conceptual boudoir marathon will not be easy to sell as it isn’t for everyone, even in New York metropolitan area. Let us try. We believe there can be six bold souls this year who will agree with the following. After doing these annual boudoir marathons since 2012, I feel that even though I push for creativity, the general expectations are the same… similar feel, similar props, similar expressions, similar poses. Absolutely gorgeous and something any woman should do at least once in her life but… Google “boudoir photography” and try finding images that aren’t done by thousands other boudoir photographers in New York or anywhere else.
As I was putting together the promo slideshow and looking at my past boudoir images, it occurred to me: why not step away from all the cliche vision and go bold, go nude in a conceptual way? Just as an experiment, with a fair right for failure, not because of my lack of conceptual experience in boudoir photography but because of uncertainty and comfort level of the participants willing to sign up.
We are looking for those who want more than banal boudoir photography. We want to delicately work with the brave souls who are proud to present their bodies as the work of art, as Nature’s masterpiece. This year’s conceptual boudoir marathon is not about necklaces, pearls, fish nets, corsets, or lacy lingerie… Leave those for another year or photographer (however, nude color plain lingerie, indistinguishable from the skin, can be strategically beneficial and help someone!) As far as conceptual photography is involved, the less, the better. Simplicity and minimalism are the key.
What I am willing to arrange for this year’s conceptual boudoir marathon is a little arsenal of trade tools and props along with special lighting equipment to re-create the imagery seen above, elevating the art of female form from the partner’s or girlfriends’ level bound to your bedroom or a girls’ night-out to the world-class fine art worthy of the finest book or wall prints, at least in principle (you are not expected to share with the world, mind you). Although the nature of any boudoir marathon assumes a very quick progression, I will set up several creative islands to achieve a variety of concepts, and each client will be given an opportunity to work with at least 2-3 of them within her own private hour of shooting.
If you are new to Zorz Studios, get an overall feel of our style and approach to previous boudoir marathons and dedicated boudoir sessions in this video:

To preserve and devour your gift in fashion, upgrade your collection to a photo art book with quality that is not offered by the consumer-oriented print labs so if you think beyond flipping through the smartphone’s screen or sporting a cheap Snapfish book, this is the way art presentation is meant to be. Highlighting ten of your sexiest retouched photographs, this haute art book costs $400 but as part of the event, it will be yours for only $195, completing your experience in style. And here’s a sweet part—with your book order, not ten, but all images will be yours in high resolution. Without the book, the full session’s electronic image set is available for $200.
