Follow me and my girls live on a 6-day, 850-mile road trip. We’ll be sleeping in a car and in a 4-star hotel. My target is Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, visiting the office of NYS Senator C. Schumer and NYS Congressman Representative J. Nadler. I’ll also do 5 shoots along the (convoluted) way, from Autism Walk, to African-American chic, to Russian Orthodox Easter. Some fully retouched sample images will be added here after the trip.
I’m logging my travel steps via my favorite app, PolarSteps, which I also reviewed and compared among 5 Best Travel Journal Apps a while ago. It is embedded below, and is interactive. You can slide the day tracker from left to right, slide up or down in the main text area on the left, or zoom into the map and follow the steps (posts) from there.
I’m adding the steps for a week every day while traveling as if I were keeping a travel journal for my future references. In a way, you’ll be peeking over my shoulder, but I don’t mind. There are going to be so many fun and curious moments! Come join me on the little adventure!
