Meet Your LGBTQ Wedding Photographers

Ad

Hi, I'm Ed, lead photographer at Zorz Studios, based in Manhattan, NY with a branch in Poconos, PA. I used to illustrate and paint as a hobby until I quit my promising career in pharmaceuticals to become a full-time professional wedding photographer to enjoy my passion for art and human happiness. I've been creating photography art since 2006, having worked in over 35 states and over 25 countries, covering the span from Alaska to India.

I once gave it a good thought and put together a list of 20 things that make me different as a photographer. If you can bear a barrage of shameless pitch, have at it here.

In almost two decades, my reputation established as of adventure-seeking creative in a pursuit of art, different from the mainstream. As my clientele grew, I built a team of LGBTQ wedding photographers who share the same urge for offbeat and unique lifestyle documentation.

LGBTQ Wedding Representation FTW!

If you look at my main wedding portfolio, you'll immediately notice a lack of LGBTQ wedding representation. Guilty as charged, eager to change. In short, I underestimate the need to actively promote ourselves as LGBTQ wedding photographers. I counted on a word of mouth alone, which kept bringing non-LGBTQ couples. Only in 2022 I realized that I needed to put a greater effort in active advertising, through listings like Rainbow Wedding Network.

I invite you to look at my studio as one that accumulated a load of experience, business ethics, and creativity—a studio eager to equally share it with the LGBTQ wedding community.

Wait, LGBTQ Wedding Photographers AND Videographers?

We're not only LGBTQ wedding photographers but videographers, too! You can have us cover both services, or, if you already found an LGBTQ wedding photographer, I can be your creative cinematographer. Pre-wedding love stories (video equivalent of an engagement session), drone coverage, and cinematic editing—take a look at what I did recently when this same-sex couple found me after securing the photographer:

Adventure LGBTQ Wedding Photographers on Steroids

Look, you do not have to be mad as a hatter to work with us. :) We can bring you a traditionally beautiful and touching reportage as most other LGBTQ wedding photographers can. Just know that our potential goes beyond the cliché. If your loving hearts are up to a creative adventure or fashionable flair, whether for the engagement shoot or on a wedding day, we will deliver it as only a few others can.

Consider what I have done for these couples, and tell me if you feel like you can do as well—or better—with your adventurous partner! Let's crash it!

Publications

I've been lucky to have my photos and shoots featured online at Vogue, Cosmopolitan, PopSugar, Elle, Glamour, Maxim, Huffington Post, Maharani Weddings, The Knot, Wedding Channel, Brides, Martha Stewart Weddings, Wed Plan, WeddingWire, etc.

Appearing in printed magazines is even harder but I made it to Grace Ormonde Wedding Style, Rangefinder, Creations, Juxtopoz, Illusion, OXXO, Weddings Illustrated, Bridal Guide, After Capture, Resource Magazine, etc.

As LGBTQ wedding photographers, we've been recently printed in the winter/spring 2023 issue of Philadelphia Magazine
