Free Mother’s Day portraits are back at Zorz Studios—a simple, genuine way to celebrate moms with professional mini sessions that don’t cost a thing. Whether you’re a mother, celebrating yours, or remembering one, you’re invited to be part of this yearly event in my Wild Acres studio.
This tradition that started in 2012 isn’t a promotion—it’s a moment to slow down, step in front of the camera, and walk away with something that feels real and lasting.
When and Where
Sunday, May 11, 2025
3:00 – 6:00 PM
Zorz Studios’ Poconos branch at 167 Lakewood Drive, Dingmans Ferry, PA
These free Mother’s Day portraits are quick but meaningful for my clients. Each participant receives a 10-minute studio mini session with one outfit, one background, and a professional edit of the best image.
Whether you come solo, bring the kids, or celebrate with generations together, this is your chance to step in front of the camera for once—and walk away with a memory that lasts.
Who’s Eligible for Free Mother’s Day Portraits?
Moms, moms, moms! Send your mom or bring her along with you. If you’re a mother, come and bring your kids. The event is about mothers so moms have to be in all shots, in any groupings up to 5 people.
I’ve refined the categories to make things clear and fair while keeping the door open to those who’ve supported me or live nearby.
1. Paid Clients
If you’ve ever booked and paid me—wedding, event, headshot, mini session, even a discounted promo—you qualify.
- Free Mother’s Day portrait session
- Free printed 8×12 photo (if picked up)
- Option to purchase additional digitals or delivery
Hint: Had free shoots with me, but not a client who paid me yet? Book any small service like this now and unlock free Mother’s Day portraits in the future, too. 🙂
2. Wild Acres Neighbors
This one’s for my fellow residents of WALPOA. If we know each other from the neighborhood or you can show proof of residency (driver’s license, utility bill), you’re welcome.

- Optional digital upgrades available
3. Everyone Else
Not a client or neighbor? You’re still invited!

- $100 for all high-resolution digital images
What’s Included
Everyone receives a free 10-minute mini session on Mother’s Day, professionally photographed and edited in my Wild Acres studio. From there, what you get depends on your category:

This structure keeps the session truly free for clients while still offering meaningful value and premium-quality work for everyone involved.
Sessions are simple, quick, and heartfelt. The goal of these free Mother’s Day portraits is to give you something genuine, without distractions or pressure.
Scheduling Your Mother’s Day Portrait
To help keep things running smoothly, I ask that everyone books their session in advance. Walk-ins are welcome if there’s time, but scheduled guests are given priority.
Slots are limited to nine, and they tend to fill quickly—especially for returning clients and neighbors.

These aren’t glamour shoots or styled productions. These Mother’s Day portraits are about emotion, connection, and real moments captured in a clean, timeless way.
Why I Do This
I’ve been photographing families, couples, and individuals for nearly 20 years, from NYC to the woods of the Poconos. But there’s something about photographing mothers that always stays with me.
They often put themselves last. They dodge the camera. They stay behind the scenes. For one afternoon each year, I invite them into the spotlight. These free Mother’s Day mini sessions are a chance to pause, be seen, and be celebrated with no strings attached.
It’s just me, my camera, and you—sharing a moment.
Hope to see you there.
