A singing dog, cranking photo assistant, and watermelon knight made this photoshoot for a one-year-old full of tears, of both joy and misery.
You know this guys. Remember a mad couple with a flying dog? Or perhaps them going coconuts in Miami? Ya, that’s them, party photographers of Verita Vision Photography. In a natural course of the event, Olga and Paul gave birth to Cooper who reached the revered status of qualifying for a photoshoot for one-year-old with the family.
I couldn’t pass on the idea of exploiting the fact that the parents are photographers and tried to play on it in their studio but unfortunately, the boy did not care about the camera given him for dismantling. In fact—and it is difficult to tell here—the little one was not in the mood the entire set. Poor thing cried and weeped most of the time despite being very easygoing and joyful other times. This isn’t an unusual thing to face on a shoot and I try my best to entertain and find an approach but this time was relatively difficult. And yet, here’s the happy set I managed to squeeze out.
The flying dog is back, this time adding some tunes to the choir. The highlight of this funny photoshoot for one-year-old was an attempt to turn him into a knight in shining messy armor. A helmet was the most we could do but even that did not sit well, forcing us to think creatively (you cannot see a string). At least the boy got his belly pretty rounded and full of sweet watermelon juice, as I could not stop clicking and bribing him with more and more of the yummy stuff.
