
The distinction between “super” and “regular” is oftentimes symbolic and ambiguous. An acclaimed photograph for example, may have little merit other than its famous author’s name, while some hobbyist may produce an unrecognized masterpiece.
Some girl next door casually running out to a store without makeup may look alluring enough to stop your heart while a supermodel without makeup may not even get your attention if you happen to not know her face. Pictured here are Victoria’s Secret models; it’s hard to believe that some of them resemble a very average person.
A big shout to make-up artists, hair stylists, photographers, and retouchers! I am often told by new artistic portraiture clients,
“I am not a model and do not look like most of the girls you photographed.”
Anecdotally enough, neither had those–before coming to Zorz Studios.
